Synopsis of Goliyon Ki Raasleela OK Jaanu Movie
OK Jaanu (OK जानू) is a millennial love story! Adi & Tara move to Mumbai to pursue their dreams. A chance meeting sparks off a heady, no strings attached romance until their careers pull them apart. Will ambition prevail over matters of the heart?
Adi and Tara are ambitious people who fall in love after meeting at a wedding. They decide on a no-strings-attached live-in relationship, but doubt their decision when their careers pull them apart.
OK Jaanu (transl. OK darling) is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language romantic drama film directed by Shaad Ali, based on a screenplay and story Mani Ratnam Mani Ratnam, and produced by Ratnam and Karan Johar under their banners Madras Talkies and Dharma Productions respectively. It is a remake of Ratnam's Tamil film O Kadhal Kanmani, starring Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menon, and stars Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles, with a supporting cast including Naseeruddin Shah and Leela Samson, the latter of whom appeared in the original as well, who essay the protagonists' landlords. Eesh Kakkar plays Tara's ex-boyfriend. A. R. Rahman composed the film's score and soundtrack. Gulzar has written the lyrics and the dialogues for the film.
